He also saw work a past electrician had done that was not to code and explained why and that is was a safety issue, so will be having him back soon to fix that as well as other projects. "I had an issue with my computer where it was opening lots of pop ups, ad bars, and windows with ads for games. I had tried several different programs to try to remove it with no luck. I finally decided to call North Alabama Technical Service to see if I he could help. I was expecting to set up a time for him to look at it but he connected to my computer immediately and within an hour had it fixed and running perfect again. Great service at a great price and I didn't even have to disconnect it and carry it somewhere! Would call again if I have another issue I can't resolve myself."

"Provider called at about 8pm the night before to cancel a Monday appointment.  Granted, this was during a rough winter, but a little more advanced notice would have helped.
Seemed to do a nice, thorough job on the air ducts, however the deal was for a fixed number of supplies & returns.  I had fewer supplies, but more returns, so I was charged a surcharge for each additional return, even though they were shorter than most of my supplies.
Could have done a better job cleaning up dirt and dust that accumulated on my floors around the vents that had piled up during the vacuuming. 
Staff was very nice.
All and all pretty good though, would probably use again.  My vents were filthy and now they are not.

"Recently had a new steam oil boiler installed by Norm and Cory. They did a great job...got it done in a very timely manner. They were extremely professional, and everyone i dealt with at their company was extremely nice. They also installed a new WiFi thermostat, fixed a valve on one of my radiators, and leveled all of my radiators that weren’t level. I am very happy with All of the work done. They do a great job."

"John from Global Dwelling did our initial assessment. I appreciated him taking time to explain all the work that needed to be done and why. His team came in a few weeks later and were really amazing. I think insulation work is super messy and will leave a ton of debris everywhere. I was pleasantly surprised to find a ton of cloth coverings coming in to cover everything and found no major dust/debris in the house when they were done. The guys were very nice and thoughtful while in the house. The work completed was completed on time and our house is definitely more comfortable. Our finished basement is no longer a freezer and the house doesn’t “sneeze” when there is a high wind. I have already recommended them to my neighbor for when he’s ready to insulate his attic!"
