"Was having issues with high electric bill...And had to constantly either adjusting it up or down.. The Service technician was very polite and very thorough and checked everything possible that could have been the problem.. outside the unit was full of leaves, trash, which he explained how needing to clean out would make the air cooler and bring down my bill, he checked inside and the unit needed new filter the one in it was completely full...he even cleaned all around it..he was very explanatory on things when he checked out the unit...I was very pleased and satisfied with the work"

I am often reluctant to call repair people; so many times they try to sell a whole new air conditioner, or whatever... It was refreshing to talk to Kevin, he gave an honest evaluation of our system and said that, in the near future, it would be a good idea to invest in a new unit. Kevin is our air conditioning guy now!"
