"The service was a mixed bag. I didn't feel that I got much for the service--basically an inspection of my current system--with no real "servicing" to ensure that the AC was operational. The recommendation went further, suggesting that there was no way to repair my system and that it was outdated, used freon that is now illegal, had significant leaks, and should be replaced. No other alternatives were suggested. However, I then followed-up with my home warranty, and the system was repaired and upgraded for a fraction of the suggested cost, including replacing the coil system in the AC so that it operated off the new type of freon, rather than the old type that is now illegal.
However, since that time I'm not sure that the repairs were the best way to go--the system does not seem to operate very efficiently since the repairs, and I believe that the original provider may have been right, and I should have had the system replaced. Further, it was the actual owner of Opach's who responded, he did so the same day, he was extremely courteous and professional, and felt that he was very trustworthy.
So overall, while I expected more than what I got for my original purchase from Opach's, I believe that what I did receive in the way of a service inspection was done well, and that the assessment provided was truthful on the part of the provider.

"Our dryer went out due to overheating of the element. Contacted our appliance repair and they told us it was due to the dryer vent being clogged and preventing heat to go out.  I emailed Sharon on Monday evening, not expecting a response until morning however, she called almost 5 minutes after I hit send on the email.
Sharon told me should could be out at 9 on Wednesday and complete the job.  At 855 she pulled up in the driveway, unloaded here equipment and within the hour (at the most) she was done, cleaned up, and gone.  A very professional individual and will call her annually now to get this done.  I have also provided her name and number to several friends.
