"Mr. Eric Castillo from E.C. Plumbing replace exiting Rheem tankless water heater, with a new Rinnai tankless water heater, I provided the water heater, and Mr. Castillo did the installation. Old Rheem tankless unit was removed and the Rinnai tankless was installed, a new condensation line was run, and I had a new Rinnai descaling filter installed at this time. I would highly recommend E.C. Plumbing, and I would hire Mr. Castillo again."

"The whole process was very smooth. They came out and spent a couple of hours assessing the problems...turns out we had several. The water heater burner had failed and was under warranty. But they also discovered our pressure regulator had failed, our gate valve was frozen, and we had a pipe leaking in the wall! They found the necessary part for the warranty repair and drove 50 miles each way to get it rather than make us wait 1-2 days for for the part to be shipped. "I had noticed the soil on a lower level of the garden wet just over a week before I had it fixed. I could tell that it was from a pipe coming into the property from the water main and hate wasting water. 
I checked through Angie's List and Top Contender seemed to be the only company that had the qualifications for finding leaks on hillside properties. I called then on the Friday and the earliest they could fit me in was the following Wednesday. I was a little concerned as the leak was near a retaining wall near the sidewalk but as it wasn't getting worse I waited. 
Noél called to say he would be 30 mins late and he diagnosed where the pipe was in 15mins, uncovered it and saw that it had been soldered in numerous places already. He turned the water main off and I turned on all the cold water faucets. He vacuumed the water out, but it still took over an hour and a half for the water to completely drain from the pipes. Noél would not solder until there was no more water dripping.
The water he had vacuumed we emptied into a 40g drum I use for recycling and watering the garden. 
After hearing horror stories about the cost of repairing underground leaks I was extremely pleased with his price which included a senior citizens discount. I would DEFINITELY use Noél again for this type of job. Very professional and honest.
