It appears that Josh was training Dillon, but both were very professional. I was surprised to see that they spent almost 2 hours hours going over both the Air conditioner and Heater; they checked every single moving part and tested both the air and heat for accuracy. Josh even went the extra mile, when he asked if I had a Carbon Monoxide detector and I showed him where it was; he noticed it was not in the best place for my safety and he moved it to the correct location. I highly recommend Joe Leal and his company Air Pros of S.A. Joe gave me a qoute on the Mitsubishi mini split by text and email the same day shortly after I contacted him. He answered all my question over the phone and also when he came to the house to determine the size and where to place them. Joe, Sammy and Gabriel did an excellent job on the installation of the 18kbtu mini split in my dining room and the 12kbtu in my master bedroom. They are professional, courteous and knowledgeable.
