He took the time to clearly explain the damage to my flooring, what repairs were needed, and provided an accurate and honest assessment of both the scope of work and the timeframe to complete it. The job was completed efficiently and exactly as described, with great attention to detail. The repaired flooring looks fantastic, and the work was done on schedule with no surprises. "BEAUTIFUL WORKMANSHIP!! I had several contractors tell me these 100 year old wood floors could not be restored, and the only option would be to cover them up, which would have cost thousands more. In two and a half days Javier, and his crew completely restored the hardwood floors in 2 bedrooms, living room, dining room and den. They look brand new and I could not be happier. Javier, I'm looking forward to the new kitchen and laundry room flooring when you're available!"
