"I had an emergency and JR Insulation Drywall did an amazing job. I had just sold my house, and in the process of moving, the movers broke a pipe that had to be repaired behind a wall on the day we gave possession to the new owners. I called JR Insulation Drywall and they were there the same day I called and did a wonderful job of the repair. Responsive, quality, and for a great price. Would definitely hire again if I needed help. I so appreciated their help in a stressful time for me."

"This took a couple years to fully complete as I have a Hip (Jack)-roof. The structure blocked off the last 4 feet from the end of the house, where the secondary roof takes over. Unfortunately, voids were inevitable because of all the obstructive joists etc. The next winter this was evident as the snow had melted over the areas that had no insulation. I took pictures, and Ryan sent a crew back to try again. I was happy, but the next winter showed the same voids. A week or so ago, I took out eve boards and found the void(s). Insulated it myself, but realized other end of roof would have the same issue. Called Ryan and he agreed (2 years later mind you) to fill it in for me. Then I drilled a small hole and put a bore-camera in and discovered all center bats had voids of 2 feet or so the length of the house. I scrambled (the night before appointment) and used a hole saw and cut out 7 additional holes through the 2x4 blocks. Too late to call that night and inform them of my new discoveries, I called (almost) first thing next morning to explain the job had gotten a little bigger than a 4x4 foot area. Once he understood the scope of project, Ryan said (as my doorbell was ringing) that they would do whatever needed to be done; just let them know, and call him with any issues. The workers figured out ways to get into the small openings with their hoses and made it work. Didn't argue, very respectful and stuck to it. I couldn't have been more relieved. Thank you for helping me with this issue of 30 years! I just knew my house was cold in winter, and hot in summer. I missed a chance to inspect this area when a roofing job would have allowed me to remove plywood and insulate it then, (as the original builder should have done). This was a "Good 'Cents' Home" from the '70s (PGE program) when insulation was being used to save energy. They just "missed a spot". Thanks everyone. Now my home finally makes 'Cents'!"

"Truly excellent. Installation of Lennox AC unit. And humidifier. We joined their service club for twice annual maintenance visit. They are very with it. They know your system when you call, and as a service member, you get quick response service. They confirm appointments by text, text you when they are coming and about to arrive. And you cab track the driver. Always knowledgeable service pros when on site with clear explanations of what happened. Pricing seems very good too. I wish all vendors were like this. 5 stars for sure."

"Noe was extremely professional in attitude and appearance. We really liked his approach to our problem although his estimate was the highest of the 4 estimates we received. We didn't go ahead with the job yet because we discovered that we could zone our furnace which alleviated most of the issues. The insulation job is still pending. <br />"

"The Entek crew was wonderful from start to finish. Chris provided a detailed estimate and answered all of our questions about products and installation. On-site planners and installers were timely, professional, and courteous. They helped determine the best location for the new A/C unit. They kept us well-informed about the project's progress, explained the installation, and trained us on use of our new thermostat. Our installation was a little tricky, since ventilation and condensate removal had to be run up through the attic and not the crawl space. The installation crew did an excellent job. A minor issue with delivery of the wrong A/C unit from the supplier was handled quickly and smoothly. The company offered a very competitive warranty, and provided all warranty documents with product information at close out. We were extremely pleased with Entek, and highly recommend them."

"I needed all the windows replaced in my house and from start to finish Lifetime and the people I worked with were excellent. Tate came to the home to review the work to be done and provided the quote. It was not the least expensive of the quotes, but Tate took the time to explain the installation and the options/ideas for how the windows could be framed that impressed me more than the other companies. I was given an install date and there where no delays, the work started on that date with Tony leading a 2 man crew. Tony was also great to work with, courteous, professional and I felt comfortable enough let him be in or out of the house as he needed to and he kept the work areas clean. The new windows look fantastic. The Price review is marked N/A because it didn't matter for this review. All 3 companies were very close in their quotes. Also, Lifetime was the only company that mentioned I would receive a federal tax credit and they did all the paper work for it."

"Our home was in desperate need of some energy efficient changes as our winter utility bills have had a negative impact on our budget. The representative we met was very professional, prompt and insightful. We were given great options that fit our needs and we were delighted to work with an Energy Trust Trade Ally that we could feel confident with. A bonus to working with them was that we got money back from the Energy Trust of Oregon! Also the installation crew was very sweet and helped us replant the rose bushes that were up against the siding. The house looks fantastic and we are always getting compliments from our friends and neighbors!"

"Paul came to the house to discuss re-insulating the crawlspace, including ducts and water pipes. Entrance to the crawlspace is in the garage. Paul stuck his head in and used a flashlight, but did not enter the crawlspace. As I had the house professionally measured a year ago I had a printout which gave Paul the size of the crawlspace almost to the inch. <br /> He gave a detailed proposal of what would be done. Take out all the insulation and the old plastic vapor barrier. Taping the ducts, redo all the insulation and finishing up with a 6 mil plastic vapor barrier. <br /> As per appointment a few days later the crew arrived consisting of two men. They worked hard and did exactly what had to be done. Also cleaned up well after they were done. <br /> Now here I may become biased against JB Insulation. This was a big job under less than desirable conditions and I said up front to Paul and quot;I suppose that will be at least a 2-day joband quot;. He said and quot;Yes, I suppose, could be just one dayand quot;. <br /> The two men arrived a bit before 8 am and left at exactly 8:10 PM. They took barely half an hour for lunch and had one brief brake in the afternoon while they drank a bottle of water each. I asked them around 4 PM if they were going to finish the next day. They said and quot;no, we work now and will finish todayand quot;. I said and quot;it is hot (they were encased in nylon suits) and awkward to move in that spaceand quot;. They kept saying NO, it is alright, we finish today. <br /> The week before I had experience with three men in my crawlspace working on a seismic upgrade. They worked two days from 9 am till 4 pm and regularly came up for air to drink some water and cool off and had a reasonable lunch break. <br /> The two men who did the insulation were from Mexico and almost seemed afraid to complain. A 12-hour workday under hot, cramped conditions seems to me like slave labor and I find it upsetting. <br /> Also, after the job was done Paul never called to ask if I was satisfied, did they clean up well, etc. <br /> I had someone who knows all about insulating check out the crawlspace and he feels they did a good job. I am just very uncomfortable with the hours in those working conditions. <br />"

"Hamish Murray did an incredible job on our home renovation, upgrading our kitchen and adding on a new bedroom and bathroom. We know it was a busy time for everyone, with supply chain disruptions and people booked to the max, and their project management kept the project going and on time. They were very professional and were responsive to us. Anytime we had a concern, they worked to alleviate our questions and provide a plan and updated timetable. All of this while still staying close to their original completion date and maintaining a high standard of craftsmanship. As soon as we settled back in after the completion of the project, it felt like the house should have always been this way. We have more than enough space, and everything is so functional - our kitchen is incredible! The kids are loving having their own spaces as well, and we thank you deeply for making this project a reality. We would recommend Hamish Murray and we would use them again in the future for additional work on our house."

"Paul and Marc (his lead team member on the job) were professional, responsive, detail oriented and polite. The job was to replace all of the windows (21) and exterior doors (3). Paul was managing a few jobs in addition to mine, but did the entire job, but for the front door, by himself. Given that this is construction, one has to be flexible, patient, expect plans to change and sometimes take longer than originally estimated. For me, my primary focus was getting the house buttoned up before the winter rains started which happened in the nick of time thanks to Paul / Marc’s focus. Marc did the finish work on the inside windows and doors. He was nothing short of meticulous in his work."
