Got one Person for 1.5 hours of labor with my help and still charged the $450. Company had to come back and cover pipes, leak test and check flame quality. If you receive a hourly labor rate ask if it will be billed as an overall job. I was under the impression it was going to be at the hourly labor rate. if it comes back as a job then it can take and hour or seven but the job rate will cover that."
