Geremii, (owner) you have a terrific business and answered all of my questions so I was never in the dark about the work that was done. I recommend them to everyone!"

"These people are competent but their ethics are highly questionable. I posted a job description on yelp and tendered offers from many plumbers John's Plumbing replied and agreed to do the work for a specified price. The work consisted of two parts. After they had done the first, they told me it was best to wait until the bathroom wall was tiled before doing the second and assured me they would return. After tiling was complete and I requested they come and finish the work they surprisingly told me it would cost another $500. Miscommunications can of course occur but in this case the scope of work was given to them in detail and clearly included both parts. This is not only highly unprofessional but outright dishonest. While they may be competent I would advise people to consider choosing another company for their plumbing needs that has a higher ethical standard."

He arrived in 15, and got the job done in about an hour. As mentioned, ATH's quote wasn't the lowest but workers arrived earlier than promised and got job completed in a timely manner.
