No sales pressure, just a straightforward, knowledgeable guy. Collected the outside air sample (the baseline for comparison) during a polar vortex and hustled to make the last Fedex pickup on Friday night so test results would come back ASAP. Has an independent lab do the analysis of air samples and report, which is good practice. Plus, we are getting bonus mileage out of the air purifiers we got now that it’s allergy season.
