"After having some pretty bad rains in the Baltimore area and my tenants informing me that the basement was leaking i searched out a few different companies and found MJ Home Services they have incredible reviews everywhere. Melissa was great and so were the guys that did the work. They sent me pictures over throughout the entire process and everything was done through email which made it so much easier for me. "The job turned out to be a two day job, which we knew in advance and planned accordingly. Had to totally tear out the old tub and surrounding walls. Did run into some minor problems due to being an older house.John did everything he said he was going to do, even more. John was very conscientious in doing the work. He truly does do the work as if it was his own home, even brought the plumbing up to code. Answered any all questions I had with no problems. Will definitely hire them again. Should have done this sooner we are very pleased with everything. Great Job!"

"Called about leak Sunday morning. Plumber came out Monday, determined it needed replacement and notified Choice, who approved claim and permitted plumber to order new water heater. Thursday new water heater was installed. Was kept updated every day by both Choice and the plumber. Workers left my garage clean and I have hot water. Very satisfied and have recommended Choice Home Warranty on the Nextdoor app."
