"This was our 2nd time that we hired Clean Hands Painting and this time we had Junior (the owner) and Efrain repair imperfections in the drywall and paint the walls and ceilings in the main areas of the house. They were extremely careful to cover all the floors and furniture and were very neat and clean. Junior would answer all my questions and met all our expectations. "Edwin and Rosie were absolutely awesome. Edwin did an assessment of what needed to be done and returned as promised. He and Rosie refused to just put a bandaid on the problem instead they made sure to be thorough and remedied the problem permanently. He was fixated on making sure that he found the source of the problem and he took the steps needed to eliminate the problem. We are very impressed and not only did they correct the original problem which was the reason for contacting them but I had another unexpected issue and they did a wonderful job of fixing that problem as well. I'm happy to say that we don't have to look any further for a professional and thorough handy man service!"

"Very pleased with end result. Haley Hahn's Ron Prince has many years of experience and was very knowledgable, responsive and helpful. The new gutters (with leaf guard) & downspouts are high quality, attractive and fairly priced. Installation took about two days and went very smoothly. Unlike so many others, they did a good clean-up job when finished although I did have to bring a few areas to their attention. My only disappointment was ... they would not repair very minor facia board damage (from squirrels) in two areas despite my willingness to pay extra. However, I would use them again and have already recommended them to a close friend."

Purchased Angie's Big Deal for 4 hours of home improvement/handyman services.  Mr. John Schmidt, owner, showed up at the designated time to estimate our work for future scheduling, but when he saw the nature of the work, he requested to go ahead and get started and he would do the work right then.  Working from our list of about 10 different repairs, small projects, and hanging light fixtures.

Mr. Schmidt was personal, professional, and very knowledgeable about the work we needed done and offered suggestions that improved the projects beyond our ideas.

If needed, we would certainly be willing to hire Innovative Design again to do larger projects/remodels, etc.

"We had a Pressure Relief Valve and a water shut off valve replaced and a water leak tracked down and repaired. I had contacted 3 companies regarding the issue we were experiencing. Pro Plumbing is the only company that responded promptly. We set up a time for their plumber to come out and he was exactly on time. Joseph (the plumber) was very polite and explained his company, how they work, etc. He used covers for his shoes (which I have found lately most companies do not do) and I greatly appreciated it! He went quickly to work, provided us with an estimate and started working on our problem. Finding our water leak took over 5 hours to find but their estimate never changed. Joseph had to open up our ceiling and a few walls to find the problem. But instead of busting into the drywall with a hammer leaving large holes, he cut into the drywall with a drywall saw leaving the opening repairable with drywall tape and patch putty. Once the repair was complete Joseph quickly cleaned up any mess he had made and was out of our home. I will call this company again if and when we have any issues that fall within the expertise of their technicians."

"Very hard workers, renovated both bathrooms from plumbing to shower doors and trim. It looks great. We have 26year old house and apparently 15 years ago the plumbing was recalled due to failures. Justin Shane changed plumbing in crawlspace to all lines into the house and outside spickets. Found out during this process that our hot water heater was rusting and was replaced. We had bath walls and vanity damaged and had to be returned and replaced. This put us behind and Lowes never offered to deliver any of the products that had to be returned. Justin took items back and got replacements. The return process took over an hour each time due to Lowes unorganized process. There was 5 items damaged when we got back here with them. Justin worked late several nights in order to keep on schedule due to Lowes terrible quality control. All in all, Justin did a great job and we would hire him again."
