"I'd become increasingly concerned about the company I was using for my AC and heating needs. When I knew we needed a lot of work doing, I decided to search for a new company that I could trust. We needed to get 4 new AC units installed. They were 17 years old and leaking, so we took the plunge and decided to replace them. I had a lot of questions around the systems in my house and what to install. During my phone conversations Donny was extremely helpful and patient. He answered all my questions and I believe that he gave me honest suggestions on the best solutions for my home and living situation. I found him to be honest, trustworthy and very knowledgeable. The install went smoothly, one of the units was tucked away in a tight closet in my daughters room, and they dealt with that easily. They installed 4 new controllers. They were tidy, and worked long hours to get the job done. In addition they spent time explaining the new systems to us and answering questions of ours that arose. We are really pleased with the new systems and controllers, we have peace of mind that we've installed good, reliable systems, and that we have a great company looking after our AC and heating needs. I also hired them to do annual service visits for our heating and AC. So far they have performed the winter maintenance visit, and identified a couple of things that needed addressing to prevent possible problems this winter. What they recommended made sense to us, and we thought they were valid and worthwhile repairs. As we trust this company, we decided to go ahead and get the work done. Chris D came to do the repair job. He was very friendly, helpful, hard working, and did a great job. He also took time to make sure we knew what was going on. I'm hugely relieved that I found this company. It's increasingly rare to find companies to help out in the home who are good at what they do, honest and trustworthy. I highly recommend them. BTW I'm also impressed with their office support staff. They are super friendly and helpful, calling back when they say they will. Booking appointments is super easy with this company."

"It was a superb experience. From the visit by Bruce the sales representative to the installation day to the follow-up from Petro, every single person we interacted with was helpful and professional. When Bruce arrived to do the assessment, we spent time going over the heating needs in the house. After a thorough inspection and measurement of the house, we sat down. He showed me a few options, all of which were going to provide good service. I ordered a unit at the end of that meeting. The installation day was just terrific- the entire work crew that showed up were everything I would hope to find: Upbeat, informative, hard-working, focused. The job was finished before end of day as promised. The heater room is now immaculate, with new piping and a new heater. It was like watching a pit crew at a NASCAR race. Everyone had their tasks, they moved carefully but quickly. The materials were all laid out in order, etc. Just a totally professional approach to their work. The crew boss answered any questions I had. The follow-up for a normal inspection of the furnace chimney was scheduled the day after the installation. I’ve gotten calls to insure we are satisfied with the work. Satisfied barely covers it- I am pleased to write this kind of review. "There team did an amazing job, moving the dryer out, replacing tubes as needed, and going into attic, and outside to clean the vents, as well as thoroughly cleaning the inside of the dryer. Moved everything back perfectly, and left the place spotless. Dryer functioned 100x better."

"The representative came on time and listened carefully to my thoughts of a split ductless system. He suggested full house central air and showed me how it could be done, have ducts i stalled and cost less than a ductless system. His experience of over 20 years as a technician as well gave me a lot of confidence. He made a general proposal and came back in a few days for my convenience and I signed the contract. The duct crew finished in one day and were careful, explained things and left no mess. Then the ac was installed and tested in one day. Again polite, clearly communicated. Once the system started up late spring I am so glad I did this! No more noise from room ac, no shutting doors to keep one room cool. The humidity is normal and makes a huge positive difference. I highly recommend HARP. I switched my heating system to them as well after my experience with the AC i stall. Thank you HARP!"

"Jim did a great job. He quickly assessed the problem and then took our unit with him to work on it more. When he got back to us, the fix would have cost more than it was worth. He gave us options for a new or refurbished PC. We felt the refurbished was a good deal and chose that. He came back and set that up and we are very happy with it. He then took a look at my laptop and again took it along. He tuned it up and installed a speed upgrade we wanted. Of course, we paid extra for the new unit and upgrades, but we thought the price was very fair. Jim seemed very knowledgeable and responsive. We will definitely call him again if we need any computer services."

"Removal of old heavy boiler was clean, quick and efficient. Jeremy came right in after removal to limit our hot water down time. New boiler looks like artwork with straight lines and new pipes and parts! Already paying for itself with greater efficiency (less frequent and shorter running times than old boiler). Could not be happier with new heating system. Jeremy was very professional, knowledgable, communicated realistic expectation about process and costs. Griswold worked straight through until completed then followed up to inspect and be sure we were satisfied or had questions! Also, very damp basement, they added a dehumidification system that had it dry within a week and I have lots of boxes and "stuff we just can't live without" down their that would hold moisture. Now pleasant to go down there and we are storing more valuable items in basement because of climate control."

"OUR DUCTS WERE DIRTY BEYOND BELIEF. THESE GUYS DID A GREAT JOB OF GETTING RID OF MOST OF THE FILTH THAT WAS IN THEM. I TOOK A LOOK AROUND BEFORE AND AFTER AND I COULD REALLY SEE A DIFFERENCE."

"Rd.I had to pay an extra $15.00 because I had an extra air duct or intake vent. He discussed how often the ducts should be cleaned and offered another service that would help disinfect and keep dust mights down. The extra service also extended the length of time before I would need to have the vents cleaned again. I chose the extra service and will not have to have it done again until 8-10 years from now. My nephew who is 45 was not happy I was having the ducts cleaned but he was pleased with their work in the end. I had this done in my last house twice so I am not new to this. I was pleased with their work. They started immediately and finished about an hour and fifteen minutes later. I have house that is almost 2,000 sq. feet. The $230.00 includes the $89.00 I paid when I ordered it through Angie's List.

"They did a very good job. They took a lot of time. They went through and identified all of the air leakages in our house and then they did weatherization some improvements like air sealing and change light bulbs and things like that to improve our energy efficiency."
