"I am very pleased with the work and service from ECI comfort. I had gotten 3 additional estimates from other companies. All of the estimates were relatively the same but here are the things that stood out from ECI Comfort. 1. They provided me with a written estimate with a breakdown of costs, including available manufacture and PECO rebates. The other companies merely gave me a verbal estimate and made no mention of possible rebates. 2. After I agreed to the contract, ECI Comfort quickly scheduled service, even though they were very booked up so I could take advantage of rebates that were only available in May and also to finish the job before scheduled travel plans I had. 3. ECI Comfort provided financing options, including 18 month 0% interest financing. 4. The work was scheduled over 2 days. The employees performing the work stated they would arrive at 8 AM- And they arrived at 8 AM! This was refreshing as I've had workers state a time and show up very early or very late. The punctuality was very much appreciated. 5. The two men that installed my ductless units and compressor were very professional and polite. They put drop cloths down in every part of the house where they worked and left the place spotless. 6. The job was finished on time and with very little disruption to my daily life. I was shown how to use my newly installed system most efficiently and was given all the documentation for the units. My house has been blissfully cool since!"

"We worked with Brian Snedeker and he was extremely thorough and helpful. He explained a lot up front about the insulation process and about the specific challenges that our space presented. He explained the different types of insulation that would go into the kneewalls versus the sloped/ceiling areas. On the day of the job, workers arrived punctually and completed all the work within one day. The space where they worked was our master suite and they did an excellent job of both covering up and protecting the furniture, as well as cleaning up after they had finished the job. There was a little plaster dust left behind afterwards, but overall, it was very clean. Most of all, they completed everything as agreed and on time. It was a smooth process from start to finish and there was a noticeable improvement in our comfort level."

"Our old furnace failed and required replacement.  QDI was very professional and responsive from the sales side through the installation of our new heating system.  The sales presentation and proposals were confident and straight forward.  I was confused by the variation in sizes that other vendors offered, but was confident moving forward with QDI due to the explanations I received. <br /> The installation team was great..... they were very professional and knowledgeable.  There were three members of the team and they each understand what had to be done to remove my old system, seal my supply ducts and install the new equipment --- and their goal was to get it completed in a day..... and they did.  I was impressed at how organized and prepared they were -- they had everything they needed and organized in a way that was easy for them to find when they needed it. <br /> The resulting installation looks great and works well... "Expensive but necessary and worth it. Everything was professional from beginning to end. The inspection performed by Mark confirmed my suspicion that the attic needed to be decontaminated and rodent-proofed. Walking around my attic was tricky because the existing cellulose insulation was too thick and made it difficult to see where to step. Among four other companies that I hired for a free inspection, Mark was the only one who was able to walk around and inspect the attic by carefully sweeping aside the existing insulation. He informed me the pros and cons. The major con was that the existing insulation (which was recently installed by another company, Coastal Insulation) needed to be replaced. I also learned that there were no baffles installed even though this was part of the contract I had with the other company. I had no idea. In order to alleviate the expenses, Mark called the office and was able to get me a considerable discount and waived some fees. On top of that, he was able to accommodate an appointment for me within a week of the inspection. On the day of the job, the workers came on time (it was raining that day). They all wore biohazard suits and booties and carefully covered the floor, stairs and furniture with plastic. The lead worker, Francisco, constantly informed me of concerns, showed me pictures and answered my questions. They finished the job within 5 hours. Francisco vacuumed my stairs and the crew was sweeping my front yard at the end of the day. Mark also returned to ensure everything was done correctly. I had to request a follow-up appointment two weeks later to make sure that the baffles are in place after one night when it was extremely windy. Mark was unavailable but Joseph arrived and was just as professional. He assured me that the baffles are indeed intact and he inspected the rest of the attic to make sure nothing was disturbed. If you need peace of mind for an expensive but necessary home improvement, then Atticrawl is definitely worth it."

"Mark thoroughly checked the attic and explained everything about the insulation. He also made sure no recent wet marks were present and no mold. He explained how insulation is usually not taken out unless mold is present. However, new insulation can be placed on top. His estimate included sealing convective loss penetrations damming front area by access door and reinstalling the existing insulation that was moved for convective loss. Everything else in the attic looked fine. I really appreciate an honest, professional assessment. I have other projects to do at this time that require my immediate attention. But I do expect to hire Green stone energy in the future. <br />"
