"Tech was very  polite. I explained to him that i had just installed a brand new HVAC system the week before and was worried about pushing dust into new furnace. He showed me furnace after and it appeared clean inside( hopefully the coil still is). 
after he left i opened some return vents and took pics of inside. Quite a bit of dust clinging to sides of duct and main return vent. Tech also cleaned out dryer vent and got quite a bit of dust out of it. 
I was skeptical of price and wish I had been able to get them out here before installing new unit.
