Andrew did not have the part in his truck but was able to fit in a used part from another furnace to give me heat until he got the other part. I got a call the next day and scheduled a time to put in the exact part. Again, repairman was within the stated time window. Heat working well."

And didn’t know who to use, so went on Angie's List and found Ohms Electrical Services, who responded back within a few hours of calling and was able to come the next day.    * Over a month later the same shower would not turn off..no warning, no leaks, just wouldn't turn off one Sunday even though handled turned fully.   Jim Roth Plumbing was contacted (on a Sunday) and a message was left, they quickly called back and had a plumber on site within a few hours.  Plumber replaced the shower valve mechanism.  This was addressed for no additional charge.

"We had purchased an entire vent cleaning including the dryer vent through Angie's List.  When he walked in, he wanted to know what we were having done. I thought this would be on his records. I don't know if Angie's list contacts them or not, but he seemed confused on our service. Once that was done, all he does is spray compressed air into your vents (from top  to bottom) and then vacuums out from one vent the dust that he had blown down. It took him about an hour.
