Despite being new, the system malfunctioned four times within less than six months ? on December 4, December 6, December 17, 2025, and again on February 14, 2026. Why would a brand-new $15,000 heating system fail four times in less than six months? Each time I called the company, the response was slow. I later learned they do not provide evening, weekend, or emergency service. This was during the heart of winter, and I was completely at their mercy to service a system that was still under warranty.
