"I have changed the overall rating from a D to a B. On June 6, 2016, I initially rated the service as a D due to the need for me to pay $75.00 to another vendor to install the outside vent cover that the Lowes technician broke during cleaning vents. However, in November 2016 the company called me after seeing my initial review on Angie's list and said they would repay me for the vent cover since it appears that it was the technicians fault. I was very impressed with the professionalism the company demonstrated with reimbursing me. The company representative informed me that I should have called to resolve the situation about the vent cover and they would have replaced it free since their employee broke it."

"Jim is local.  It went great. Jim Ferrell is a professional of the highest caliber. Responded quickly, took care of my problems, and advised me as to better means of protection than I had. He came back a second time to uninstall software that I purchased that did not provide adequate protections and installed free software that would do the job.  He did the work through remote connection, but is available on site if necessary.
For those people needing help on getting red of malware, viruses , etc. on your computer,  Jim is local, better than all thse remote out of state location providers, is a mature, highly trained professional in this area.
If you go to local computer stores you get very young people that can do a basic job, but are no where near the professional level of Jim.
I highly recommend Jim to anyone that needs these type services.

Accessing the hot water tank involved cutting through and replacing drywall, cutting through and replacing studs, and cutting and soldering copper pipes. "Tech came to my home and diagnosed the problem. Later it was determined to offer me a settlement amount rather than replace the unit. However, the settlement is far less than the replacement cost of the microwave. It will cost me about $250 dollars in addition to the settlement amount, to purchase a new microwave. Plus, I have to pay a technician to remove and install the new unit. NOT WHAT I HAD EXPECTED!"

"The furnace took 4 days to get approved( not counting a Sunday) the others were quick but the water heater had to be ordered so without hot water for a week. One ceiling fan was easy but within a year their policy changed and They would not install the one I purchased and had to get a new one approved and then ordered online and took several weeks to get straightened out. Not sure who was at fault, AHS, installer or scheduling with renter. Fee is usually $75 per visit"
