It did not go as planned due to supply chain disruption and freight carrier delays that resulted in my cabinets arriving damaged from the manufacturer, this did not sit well with OSPS and they quit the job early. George and his team did a great job with the demolition, plumbing and industry connections (i.e. flooring, countertops, plastering). The downside was inefficient communication and negative attitude stemming from the contractor's frustration. In the end, George did not complete the job but left on amicable terms. "I had to get my bathroom renovated due to improper work from seller of the house. I had Stephan come in march of 2021. he did a great job. However, my caulking around all of my brand new tub walls, has started coming off. so i called to have him come out to recalk. he said that he would be able to come on Wednesday the 23rd at 8-830 am. today i get a text stating that he cant make it that day and sorry for the inconvenience. i then asked ok when can we reschedule for. he read the text and never replied. i asked if it could be next week. he again read the message and never replied. I then messaged again and he hasn't read it, along with leaving him a voicemail after just 1 ring. if he decides to not get back to me, I will get my lawyer involved for not complying with his guarantee."
