"Technician was unable to perform services ordered and paid for on Angles List site. This was due to standing water underneath my home, which is where the furnace is located. However, the technician did everything he could and made notes to my file for a follow-up visit to be scheduled. Within a few weeks, the follow-up visit was confirmed and he returned without my prompting to complete the inspection. (The furnace had resumed heating properly before his return.) He provided pictures of some of his findings. All-in-all, my unit is working pretty well despite its age. An offer to provide estimates for a potential replacement unit was made."
