I usually shop around for big purchases like this but since it was in the middle a heat wave and the pandemic, Droegkamp was the first company that could come to the house. They were very professional, gave me a few options for a new air conditioner, and filled the freon in my broken air conditioner so that I could have cold air until they could come and replace it. It was a few weeks before they could come and the freon ran out before they were able to replace the air conditioner, so they came and refilled the freon to tide me over. The gentleman who installed my air conditioner worked efficiently and completed the job very neatly. When I called the office on numerous occasions someone always answered. They were always courteous and if they couldn't answer my question, someone always called me back in a timely manner."
