"I had originally sent Albert's Paint an email to request an appointment for an estimate along with 2 other companies. I ended up calling to get the estimate scheduled. The estimate that was given was well below that of the other two companies. This would normally be a red flag if it weren't for the fact that they had several good reviews on Angie's List. A relative was there while the work was bing done. Initially there was a little confusion about what was to be done. The contractors were told the Master bedroom, but I wanted to have the wall paper removed and the walls painted in my kitchen and bathroom along with the hallway ceiling. I had kept a copy of the itemized estimate and had my relative show them the sheet. Overall they did a really good job. You can't tell that the walls had to be heavily spackled. When moving the refrigerator, they accidentally put a small tear in my vinyl floor. I left them a message that night and they were out the next day to repair it.

"After the repair was done I noticed a leak in my bathroom ceiling where one of the roof vents were replaced. I called the Subcontractor Brian on a Saturday morning. The weather was cold and raining. He was at my house within the hour up on the roof and fixed the leak. I havent had any leaks since. I would hire Brain the Subcontractor again."

"Can’t say enough good things about this team. Not only do they do excellent work (I am very picky and don’t say excellent often), they are the ultimate professionals. Arrive on time, keep things clean (which is very hard when removing popcorn), regularly communicate status and timeframes, and work hard. Literally couldn’t ask for anything more. Originally, we only asked them to remove the wallpaper and popcorn ceiling. Once we saw how good their work was, we asked them to repair some drywall in another area and do some painting. "We have been house hunting for about a year now and just can’t replace what we already have in our current sunny south Charlotte home. So we decided to make a major color shift from boring beige to gorgeous grey, and freshen up all doors & trim, remove all the decor and just stay put. Sounds good, but there are so many nail pops, nail holes, area’s where the sheet rock tape is lifting, wall “pimples” & cracks. Certainly beyond what we can do. We had 5 different companies come out for estimates. What a cast if characters! But one company stood out... From the initial meeting with Ben of Painting & Moore we were sold on Painting & Moore. And when the estimate came back, even more so! The team assigned to our job was fantastic! Guillermo, Darlene & Carlos showed up on time & ready to go EVERY DAY with smiles on! They were extremely respectful of our home and were patient with our “cranky” dogs. The quality of work goes beyond what we expected! No detail was too small as they worked methodically through our huge job. Ben stopped by daily to check in with us. I should mention, after the contract was signed I decided to wallpaper a room already included in the cost. Ben was not concerned about it at all. He swapped in some other items for us. (It was more then fair!) When you undertake a project like ours (whole house) that takes a full week, it’s important the work team enjoys what they are doing. Lets face it, you are sharing your home for 9 hrs a day. Painting & Moore has a pleasant staff. They smile throughout the work day, take pride in the work they do & quality workmanship they provide. "Andre is a terric handyman and carpenter. He is professional, diligent, timely, and pays attention to detail. He has done several projects for us including building shelving units in a work shed, repairing a leaking shower, fixing huge holes in our ceiling and patching cracks to make the drywall seamless and brand new looking. He has rebuilt built-ins around a fireplace and cut granite to fit the shelving. He can do pretty much anything you ask him to. I highly recommend him for drywall repair, carpentry, cabinetry, and granite work."

"Jeremy was punctual and professional. The appointment was easy to make with fast scheduling. I received an in-depth presentation and walk through of my home. He was very responsive to my questions and family's needs. There was no pressure to buy or add equipment I did not want or need. My new system was installed two days later. "Before connecting Carolina Complete Services, I got two estimates for the remodel that were so wildly different that I was certain they were not bidding the same work. Since this involved cutting a hole in my house, I decided to give Jon Mowery another call. 

I am so glad that I did!. From the estimate to the final clean up, Jon and his team were professional and easy to work with. After the initial discussion about the work, Jon and I emailed and talked several times to ensure that he was estimated and ordered the right doors for the job. The estimate was higher than the first two I received but I was absolutely certain that Jon understood the requirements and the custom order for the French door. 

On the first day, the construction crew showed up ready to work and were able to make adjustments to their work when surprises arose like an electrical wire that need to be rerouted around the new door. When it was impossible to match the original siding, the crew made and painted external header for the new door. They also identified a problem with the new back door glass colliding with the counter and made a special trip to buy and then install a heavy duty door stop. I am very pleased with the work and at least 3 of my neighbors have asked me for Jon's card. "
