"Excellent. I can't say enough about how pleased I am with Southern Air Mechancial LLC for my Air conditioning service needs. Out of habit, I had been using another vendor who recently told me in the last 10 days that my unit was oversized for my duct work, that it was going to take 6 hours to fix it, and was about to sell me a part with installation and labor that would have cost $1400. The tech said it would break in a year and the owner basically tried to sell me a new AC unit. Got a little suspicious after asking if my unit could be adjusted since it was a variable speed down to a 3 ton and the owner said, "well, let me send my tech again". I called Southern Air and spoke to Clint, the owner. I had purchased the unit 7 years ago and without hesitation, Clint visited with his technician, and replaced the part that was a known problem with my manufacturer. He warrantied the part and was back out in two days and had the system cooling within 2 hours. I will only use Southern Air Mechanical and now know how trustworthy they are and what excellent service they provide. You can't and will not go wrong by choosing Southern Air Mechanical for your AC needs."

"I hired Ace Repair Plumbing to replace my old failed water heater. I initially talked to Toni at the office and she was pleasant and professional. The office immediately scheduled a plumber to come out to my home. My plumber Doug checked out the water heater, gave me a quote, then started the replacement job. "Jim did a great job. He quickly assessed the problem and then took our unit with him to work on it more. When he got back to us, the fix would have cost more than it was worth. He gave us options for a new or refurbished PC. We felt the refurbished was a good deal and chose that. He came back and set that up and we are very happy with it. He then took a look at my laptop and again took it along. He tuned it up and installed a speed upgrade we wanted. Of course, we paid extra for the new unit and upgrades, but we thought the price was very fair. Jim seemed very knowledgeable and responsive. We will definitely call him again if we need any computer services."

"I had a Big Deal. They came out a few days after the deal was purchased. There was an additional charge. We they recommend all these other things and we decided to do them - cleaning additional ducts and sanitizing. For the $89 we paid for the Big Deal, it could have come with a bit more instead of having to pay all the extras. I'm not sure I'd use them again. I'd probably call around."

"Usually, I can expect the service person to try to sell me an add-on or something extra with every visit; although, that had gotten better because I complained about that. My 10-year warranty ran out this year, so of course, I was told several things about my system to encourage me to buy a new system or spend lots of money to fix/upgrade this system. Something is wrong with that. The system that preceded the one I have was 30 years old when replaced. Service persons have always been polite and responsive; the cost is what drives me crazy."
