We have great faith in the integrity of several of our favorite service guys and request them when we call for service.  But as we told our guy "Tim" yesterday, if he goes, we'll most likely be right behind him!  That said---the office help is unfailingly polite and pleasant, they call to gauge our satisfaction with the visit and they seem sincere.  Honestly, if we switch to someone new it could be better---BUT--it could be the same or worse!  Maybe I'm dreaming to expect personal consideration regarding ALL the work and $$$ I've directed their way."

They were well dressed, nice and professional throughout. They spent about three hours here at my home and they showed me before and after pictures.
