"Install guys were nice and clean. They did forget to seal the gas exhaust pipe properly. A tech came back out that night to seal the PVC piping after I called them about it. Nice reaction but letting carbon monoxide exhaust leak into my basement in the first palce was not a quality job. The salesperson while polite was not aware that the three zone heating on my existing equipment was not compatible with the new Carrier system to be installed. Rather than confirm it with his manager he stated specifically that there would be no problem and the techs would demonstrate the zone heating before they left. Halfway thru the install the techs let me know that the zone controls would not work with the new system and I had to pay extra to make that work. Ok, lesson learned, never accept what the salesperson says only what they write on the order. Eventually I paid for the new board to be installed. Of course the new board is a special order and a week later and multiple calls I still do not have a date for if and when the install will be completed even though I have paid in full. Why the Install team does not confirm that the equipment is on order and when it might be installed is beyond me. I am patient but they need to keep the customer informed. As to the new Carrier Heat Pump and Gas furnace. Working beautiful now that they have sealed the exhaust pipe."

"Mr. Randolph installed drywall and repaired walls, replaced and painted trim and painted ceilings. <br /> The house was in bad shape.  Each room had a different texture. Some walls were beadboard, some had swirls, the ceilings had wood on them in some places.  It was a hodge podge lodge of texture.  He installed sheetrock and re-mudded where necessary.  Nothing but compliments from visitors now. <br /> Aside from the technical excellence of the painting and the drywall, what I really like is his partnership.  He's the expert and he tells you what will work and won't work.  He explains what it's going to look like when he's done. <br /> He also: <br /> Moved what needed to be moved <br /> Installed ceiling fans <br /> Installed a new door bell <br /> I wouldn't  use anyone else to paint or do sheetrock. <br />"

"We worked with Greg on a custom millwork project (bathroom shelving) in our Brooklyn condo. Greg worked closely with us to design, build, and install 5 custom floating shelves. The final product was very high quality and what you would expect from a master carpenter. We originally requested a particular design and Greg cautioned us against it as it would not sustain much weight. While he proposed an alternative solution that would better meet our needs we chose to move forward with the design we originally requested (against his advice). When the shelves were complete we realized that Greg’s original recommendation was the better way to go. He then modified the shelves to his recommended design at no extra cost to us and they turned out fantastic and look great. Our overall impression was that he was very skilled and we would absolutely recommend him and will use him again in the future for another project we are planning in our guest room."
