"Ben showed up to provide estimate for services. Ben was the only person from the companies I contacted who conducted a Manual J calculation to determine my homes needs. This is the main reason I selected this company. On the day of installation, Josh and crew arrived on time and quickly got to work. The placed all sort of floor protection mats in my house and get the tear out done very quickly. As the tear out was happening, one member of the teams was taking care of the duct work changes in our attic. All in it was full day, but so far, two days later we are super happy. This summer we will really know if the 2-stage AC was worth the money for our needs. We are satisfied customers so far would recommend and would use them again."

"It went great! Paul Lyons and Logan Washburn did a fantastic job. Our ducts were filthy, including blockages caused by mold and dust; they both worked diligently for hours to get them sparkling clean, including using a chemical to kill any remaining mold. One of the guys showed my husband an issue with our furnace (it was seated incorrectly when installed), and provided a temporary "fix". Making the appointment was quick and easy; everything was explained in a clear and friendly manner. We have noticed improved air flow and much less dust throughout our house since then. Would definitely recommend this company!"

"The service person was very professional, and clearly thought out all the possibilities for resolving the gas leak.

"It went well. We will use his services again, if necessary."

"The whole experience from start to finish was seamless and very professional.  We would highly recommend Blair for any service or installation work.  Robert and Josh were great as installers.  Robert's attention to detail was amazing.  Perfection was not good enough for him.  He went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect with the installation of our new unit.

"Great. They arrived on time, worked industriously, let me know what they were doing, showed me how much disgusting filth they removed, and cleaned up everything better than they found it. Great company! They charge $375 for the first 10 ducts and $20 for each additional."

"Last winter our old furnace wasn't working properly. Called Hauser and they came to our house within 2 hrs as furnce not working and very cold. Heat exchanger bad in an old furnace. Got quotes on 3 different furnaces that night and it was installed the very next morning! Since installation their service has been 5 star. Highly recommend Hauser Heating & Air."

"Dalton put my water heater in. He did such a great job. He showed up on time and was very professional. I would absolutely hire again !"

"Our outdoor fan was very dirty from yard and tree debris. The technician cleaned it out and it looks great! He pointed out some parts on the unit to keep an eye on for our home warranty and did not try to fix them at our cost. All in all the technician was very helpful, quick, on time, and did the work as expected.

"Excellent; he thoroughly checked the roof (and said it was in excellent shape), caulked around the chimney flashing and nails on the ridge line. He was professional, punctual and very pleasant to deal with. He also did not try to sell me additional services or invent things that supposedly needed to be fixed. I really appreciate that kind of honesty."
