A crew of 3 showed up to perform the work and were done within the day. They showed up at 9 and by 3 or 4 they were pretty much done. Very professional. I took that day off of work so I could witness the operation. Any errors were immediately taken care of to my satisfaction."

"<p>When the crew arrived, Mike (lead guy) walked through the basement to see what he was dealing with.  Then he told me his plan of attack which involved a lot of prep work.  A lot of this job involves good prep work I learned.  So I turned them loose to do their thing.  After the spraying was complete, these guys cleaned everything up very thoroughly and left my basement in a perfectly neat condition with no overspray to speak of.  We were not allowed to enter the basement for 24 hours.  So the next day I went down to look.  It was terrific.  No smell at all and it looked like this insulation is going to make a huge impact in my comfort level and utility bill (TBD since it's still warm outside).</p> <p><br /></p> <p>Don't believe any of the negative comments on the internet about "spray foam smelling"...........ZERO smell the following day.  And I have a very sensitive nose.  Spray foam gets EVERY nook and cranny and acts as a moisture barrier.  Zero drawbacks, yet it has every advantage over any other kind of insulation.  Insulation Man did a great job and I'm looking forward to the advantages of my spray foam.</p> <p><br /></p> <br />"

"It went great, it was a messy job because it involved removing the old, nasty insulation, but the guys did their best containing the mess. The attic is very difficult to work in due to the low ceiling and they did a great job, no cracks in the ceiling or anything. I also ended up with a "super deck" which is a platform with foam underneath giving me some more storage space that I desperately needed. I can see now that my neighbors house has icicles (which can signal an impending ice dam), and I have none. I gave a B for price because this is an expensive job, I don't believe you can get it for significantly cheaper, but the quality of the job, comfort, and properly functioning attic space are definitely worth it."

"I cannot stress how great Attic Pros were with the entire situation. We purchased a house that not only had very limited insulation in the attic, but also had animal damage from raccoons. George came in and provided a quote after crawling in the attic. We had all of the old insulation removed, a biocide treatment to treat for the presence of animal contamination/feces/etc., and new insulation installed to R-60. What a difference this has made in our home - this eliminated cold spots in our split level, and the house overall stays much warmer! I can honestly tell that our furnace does not kick on nearly as much, and our bills have been markedly lower, and we have a 95% efficient furnace! All of the guys were extremely courteous and professional throughout the entire process. Also, they did not bring any of the old contaminated insulation back through our house to dispose of - this was GREAT! Other companies did not offer this as an option - they wanted to bag it up in the attic and carry it down through our house to remove. We had contamination from raccoons, this is not something I was okay with, and Attic Pros didn't even suggest this as an option. They actually cut a hole in our roof, moved everything in and out through there and then placed an attic vent over the opening when they were finished. You can't even tell - the vent blends in with our shingles. Overall, Attic Pros provided an exceptional experience and they were very fairly priced - less than other quotes we received (I almost got the feeling I was quoted high by others so I wouldn't use them). I have already recommended Attic Pros to friends who plan on using them in the near future. Thank you again Attic Pros for making a less than optimal situation (needing our entire attic insulation replaced) a great one!"

"John and his crew drilled small holes through the exterior siding of our home at regular intervals and blew in cellulose insulation.  Our home was built in 1885 and was virtually uninsulated.  By modern standards our home had no insulation whatsoever.  Although our home is old, John was more than up to the challenge and wasn't intimidated by our old property.  It may not seem like much, but we have been surprised by how many contractors dismiss us out of hand when we tell them the age of our home.  John was the exact opposite and worked hard to make sure that we had the best experience possible. <br /> While working, the team found all sorts of "insulation" items inside our walls including old newspaper fragments, paper bags, and some miscellaneous fluffy stuff.  Mostly they found nothing in each hole, but the tangible finds were kind of amusing to us all.  They never knew what they would find in the next hole! <br /> The team went around the house inserting a small hose into each hole and firing cellulose fluff in, filling it as much as they could each time.  Each hole was then plugged with a small round cedar core that John had picked out to match our cedar clapboard siding.  He knew that we were planning on having our home painted and wanted to make sure that all was matched up as closely as possible. <br /> I can't say enough nice things about John.  He is a very knowledgable and kind man.  He treats his people with respect and it's obvious that they all genuinely enjoy working with and for him.  Every one of the guys was kind and patient with my young children and was willing to teach them all about what was going on.  It's obvious that John and his team take pride in their work.  We'd have him over again any time and have recommended him heartily to friends and relatives.  Thank you again, John! <br />"

The work was scheduled 8 days out from our quote. They arrived on time and did a great job. Very professional. Our contact was Curtis. And the house is now toasty."

"They crew that came to complete the work was great. They scheduling needs to be better, they didnt inform me that 2 different crews would be coming out at different times, so part of the process was completed by 10am, but no one returned until almost 3 to finish up. The salesman told me i needed areas insulated that were already insulated. He also advised me during the inspection that the reason it was so cold in the upstairs room was due to poor insulation, well needless to say over $3000 spent and the room temperature has not changed at all so I am out money and still unable to utilize the space. I believe he told me whatever he needed to say to make a sale and that is just horrible to take advantage of people that know any better."

"After several quotes for insulating my home, I went with Arctic Insulation. Their quote was very competitive and provided for the exact services I wanted. Chis and Kevin were very accommodating and professional in their conduct. In fact, Chris spent a lot of time with me explaining what he was doing and answered all the questions I asked. He made sure that I was satisfied and even went a little bit beyond by doing a couple of extras that he uncovered while installing the insulation. Even then he held to his original quote that he provided during his visit for a free estimate. Chis was extremely respectful of my house and cleaned up old insulation and extra materials before they left.
