"It was a superb experience. From the visit by Bruce the sales representative to the installation day to the follow-up from Petro, every single person we interacted with was helpful and professional. When Bruce arrived to do the assessment, we spent time going over the heating needs in the house. After a thorough inspection and measurement of the house, we sat down. He showed me a few options, all of which were going to provide good service. I ordered a unit at the end of that meeting. The installation day was just terrific- the entire work crew that showed up were everything I would hope to find: Upbeat, informative, hard-working, focused. The job was finished before end of day as promised. The heater room is now immaculate, with new piping and a new heater. It was like watching a pit crew at a NASCAR race. Everyone had their tasks, they moved carefully but quickly. The materials were all laid out in order, etc. Just a totally professional approach to their work. The crew boss answered any questions I had. The follow-up for a normal inspection of the furnace chimney was scheduled the day after the installation. I’ve gotten calls to insure we are satisfied with the work. Satisfied barely covers it- I am pleased to write this kind of review. "I can't say enough good things about Econ. We originally contacted them for a mouse problem. Between the great reviews they had and the special they were running we contacted them. The woman we talked to in the office, I believe her name was Debbie, was so nice and very professional. She told us about an upgrade which would covered a multitude of things not just the mice. She never pressured us to take the upgrade just fully explained it to us and let us make the decision. We went for the upgrade.  They were here just 2 days after we set-up the appointment. David, the technician, arrived right on time. He too was very nice, very professional and very knowledgeable. We walked the house and I showed him all the areas we were having troubles. He fully explained to me what he was going to do and how everything would work. He answered all my questions. Once we finished with the tour David set to work. He was very quick and efficient. After he let me know what was done and what we needed to do so they can track the progress of what they had done (i.e. vacuum old mouse droppings, etc...). He mentioned that since we had the pool and a large wooded area behind our house that Econ does do a mosquito service and he gave us the pricing for it. Again he never pressured he only presented the information.  It will take a while to determine if what they have done is effective, but I can say without hesitation if you are looking for an exterminator these guys are very good.
