"Last April I purchased a brand new condominium. There was quite a bit of construction dust as well as some construction debris in the air ducts once the building was completed. I finally decided to hire Dustbusters Duct Cleaning this month to clean them out. The dryer vent was also cleaned and the central AC coil was inspected. Jeremy was the technician who performed the job. He was punctual, polite and courteous, and very knowledgeable. Jeremy explained the entire process to me and showed me before and after pictures of the air ducts. I have noticed that the air flow from my heating system seems stronger now which indicates to me that cleaning the air ducts has improved the efficiency of my heating system. "We contacted Stephen (who replied almost immediately to my voice mail) about removing several appliances (washer, dryer, fridge, computer monitor) as well as a couple of old doors and some concrete blocks.We had a tight time frame, because we were getting some new appliances the following week, but we wanted to be without the fridge for as little time as possible.  Stephen came out the same evening to give us a quote.  He was very nice to work with.  We were originally going to have the fridge brought downstairs to our laundry room to be a second fridge, and Stephen was willing to move it for us.  But he noticed that the doorway to the laundry room seemed small, and when we checked we found he was right - the fridge would not have fit!  So we asked him to just take it away.  We made an appointment for the following Tuesday afternoon at 1:00.  I had to change the time at the last minute due to another contractor (who was supposed to cap off the gas connection to the dryer) not showing up, but Stephen was completely flexible - he said he would come out the next morning.  He showed up exactly when he said he would, and it took him very little time to get everything on his truck.  He was quick, and left no mess.  We were very happy, and would gladly use him again."

"I called James to fix a sound problem on my laptop that my husband was unable to resolve. He came to my office and not only fixed that issue, but several others that he found.  Additionally, on a subsequent day, I was unable to print anything, called James, and he remotely fixed the issue.
I am VERY thankful that I found North Alabama Technical Services! James is professional and personable in addition to being extremely knowledgeable. He really knows his stuff, and I highly recommend him. Why waste time and energy trying to fix things yourself and add to your problems when you can have someone like James actually fix it quickly and the right way the first time? Plus there's no anxiety and cussing --- and everyone who has tried and failed to solve computer issues yourself knows what I'm talking about!

Oliver Beer, who owns Bauhaus Construction came up with the best and most creative solution (and the most economical) of all. What differentiated Oliver was his overall vision of the project (which to start was a complicated ceiling repair, but the condo needed an overall major renovation). Oliver is a perfectionist and his attention to detail and thinking 10 steps ahead as well as his overall organization are unmatched with any other contractor I've dealt with in owning different homes over 25 years. Oliver has more than given me my money's worth and in fact, Oliver's work ethic and work product led me to hire Oliver for a major renovation / rehab of the entire condo unit including a very difficult top to bottom painting job (smoke damage), floor removal and installation, dozens of miscellaneous repairs, plumbing and electrical work etc.. Oliver also has lots of good connections and hooked me up with good deals on a container, vent cleaning and other services. They said I had a humidifier on my furnace and they said that it had to come off. And then, they said you can get a much better one and then they kind of disappeared and they didn't talk about it or really sit down and have a conversation with me.
