"Andy and Brady, I want to thank Brian, Justin and Skyler for the hard work they did insulating the cape cod attic, rafters, rim joist, garage ceiling, and adding the roof vents. During the time in the attic they discovered the return air was wide open to the attic and boxed it on the attic side so the return air now extracts from the room air side. It was a lot of work to complete in a short time and everyone worked hard to complete it. Thankyou Insulwise for having solutions for this type of house to improve the thermal envelope. I look forward to a more comfortable house without the AC or furnace operating every 5 minutes. John"

Andy was the main contact and performer and he believes in quality. He set expectations where they need set, and he did the job where it needed done. If I had to make a complaint, it would be that I wish he performed even more services I needed, because he was so reliable with the work in his scope of performance. Cost was very fair. "I would caution anyone who is considering this company to avoid using them. Bob promised work, had excuse after excuse as to why he couldn't complete the work, and did a half-a$$ job. I had to hire another company to come clean up after them. The job was to remove cellulous and spray foam in an open attic. Contract was signed in November, 2022 and he did not show up until January, 2023. He started removing the cellulous and did not finish. Two weeks later when I said I had cleaners coming to clean up after their mess, he finally returned and did a horrible job with spraying. Some parts of the attic weren't even touched, and there was cellulous all over the attic. When I texted him to return and finish, he promised to do so. It is now August and he never showed, with a litany of excuses. I hired another company to clean up and finalize the foam insulation. They said they have never seen a job done so poorly. Do not use American Insulation Services!"
