Ryan’s helper called out and did not come the day the job was scheduled but Ryan was still able to complete the job as scheduled, alone. We decided to use Indigo because Ryan was more knowledgeable about door installation and the types of doors available that we could purchase. His estimate included plans to carefully remove our relatively new storm door so he could re-install it after the new exterior door was finished. Ryan was very communicative and helpful to us to get the job done right. We will likely use Indigo’s services again when we have another project. Muriel and Ray"

We paid extra for the "dustless" service - well worth it to keep 99% of the dust out of the existing living spaces - but we still used plastic to seal off the living spaces as an added precaution. "Gene and his crew did an amazing job on our fairly large basement renovation! There were variance hurdles in the beginning with the town that Gene was on top of, attended the virtual meeting and obtained what was necessary to get the job started. The work performed was very involved from digging for a full bathroom and relocating/raising HVAC vents. Gene was receptive to any changes/suggestions made. Detailed trim work to match other doors was a nice touch to doors that needed to be cut to accommodate the space. They were always here when scheduled, cleaned up daily and were respectful of our home. Our basement turned out amazing and we couldn't be happier with the work Your Way Contractors did for us. I plan on using them again on my next home renovation."

"Initial person was too chatty, too much information, overwhelming. Later more succinct. Workers who did test & insulation (blower door test to reveal air leaks). Workmen were sufficient and polite. Two years later discovered they had caulked Marvin windows which should NOT be caulked in order to wash them w/ moveable parts. It cost me $175 to have them repaired or caulking removed. This was done & I submitted a bill 11/13/14 and have not been reimbursed yet. Have called 2x's to remind, last time man said he thought it was done and he would see about it. That was 3 weeks ago the last time and 7 weeks from the first reminder. It is now 2/24/15."
