"Eddie was prompt, clear about his pricing and knowledgable about the project. He quickly and efficiently finished installing the shelves plus he hung a tool and bike rack in the garage. He also helped via phone the night before the job so that I was able to purchase the correct screws and and drywall anchors for the job. I wish I had called him sooner as the job was ready to be finished for months."

"Overall Dan was very professional, responsive and punctual. It is amazing when you have a vendor show up at the time promised! He was always at least 10 minutes before the promised time. Dan and Tony were able to complete the long lists of items within a few days. I appreciate all of your hard work and dedication. The guys even came to my place on a Sunday to put in a half day to meet my deadlines. Be sure to be clear when giving direction - we had a couple mistakes that had to be fixed along the way due to paint selection in the wrong areas within the property. Dan and Tony fixed the issues once addressed with no complaints. Dan went above and beyond to help me with issues that arose during the project (i.e. exchanging a damaged bathroom vanity and minor retro fitting to old plumbing). Thank you again Dan for everything! I will definitely recommend you to my friends and family in the South Florida area. <br />"

"Florida Palm Construction just finished a large project at my house. I replaced all the floors throughout with wood look tile and completely gutted a bathroom. From start to finish, FPC did such an excellent job. The time frame they quoted me was 2 months and they finished 2 weeks early. Corey showed up at my house either early or on time every single day. They cleaned up at the end of each day as best they could. Helped me moved heavy furniture around so that they project could get started. Corey's attention to detail was incredible. The finished product looks amazing. Brian is so friendly, honest, and easy to work with. I would recommend this company without any reservation."

"Marc and his team at Exotic Pavers completed, on a time, a fantastic paving job. Due to erosion, all the pavers had to be replaced in our front and back yards. The team was courteous, responsive to my requests, and careful with our landscaping and lawn. Marc offered great aesthetic recommendations, and estimated the job quite accurately. I had received 4 other bids for this job, and Marc's estimate and proposal was the most thorough. I would absolutely hire them again!"

"My backyard was barren as the grass had completely been neglected and as a result I desired brick pavers. I had seen Ross Services on Angie’s List as the highest rated company for brick pavers, so I decided to give them a call. Service was great and smooth from the moment I called for a free estimate to once the job was completed. Our contractor, Miguel, was honest and diligent from the start and though I did expect a quick job, he clearly told us early on that it may take 4-6 weeks to order the brick pavers, which was indeed true. The workers were quick and respectful, and I can truly recommend this company for any brick paver needs."

"Amazing professional and worth every penny. Their quality outweighs the competitors. We have 2 neighbors that used other companies and are still waiting to have the work done with torn up driveways. Lelis started the work and completed the work in a week after the city permits were approved. The city took 2 months, but they kept me up-to-date every step of the way. The owner came out and ensured that we were happy and made changes to ensure highest quality. We were very impressed."

"Everything went very well. Our porch was 35 years old and the cement slab underneath was not perfectly flat and as such the job was challenging which I knew from the beginning. Barry was able to do what had to be done to make the new porch floor as even as possible. I am really pleased with the quality and appearance of the final job. Barry was very easy to work with and the people working for him really know what they are doing."

FAQs for brick or stone siding: install or completely replace projects in West Palm Beach, FL

Brick siding offers numerous advantages, including high durability and resistance to harsh weather conditions, requiring minimal maintenance and lasting for generations. It provides natural insulation, enhancing energy efficiency by regulating indoor temperatures year-round. Brick is fire-resistant, improving home safety, and reduces external noise for a quieter indoor environment. Its timeless aesthetic appeal boosts curb appeal and can increase your home's resale value.

Yes, you can add brick to an existing house. One option is to remove the current siding and install full brick masonry, which involves laying traditional bricks with mortar for a solid brick exterior. Alternatively, you can opt for brick veneer siding, a thinner layer of real or manufactured brick applied over the existing structure. Brick veneer is typically more affordable and easier to install while still providing the aesthetic benefits of brick. Both methods can enhance your home's appearance and value.

Yes, installing brick siding often provides a significant return on investment. With an average ROI of around 77%, and some returns exceeding 80%, brick siding enhances curb appeal, energy efficiency, and longevity, making your home more attractive to potential buyers and potentially increasing resale value.

Brick siding is known for its exceptional longevity, often lasting over 100 years when properly maintained. Regular maintenance, like repointing mortar joints, ensures its durability over time. Brick veneer, while thinner than full brick masonry, is durable and can last up to 50 years or more with proper care. Both options offer long-lasting protection and value for your home.

When choosing brick siding, consider your budget, as costs can vary depending on brick type and installation method. Also, consider your desired aesthetic; different bricks offer various colors, textures, and styles to complement your home's architecture. Installation time and complexity are factors, with options like brick veneer being quicker and less labor-intensive than full brick masonry. Additionally, assess the maintenance requirements and durability to select the best option for your long-term needs.

Alternatives to brick siding include vinyl siding, which is cost-effective and low-maintenance and offers a variety of colors and styles. Wood siding provides a natural, classic look but requires more upkeep to prevent weather damage. Fiber cement siding is durable and can mimic the appearance of wood or masonry without the high maintenance. Each alternative has its own advantages, so consider factors like budget, aesthetics, and maintenance when making your choice.
