"When we first called Carl for a garage shelving estimate, he said he was in the area and would be by within an hour. We talked with him about what we'd like to have built and where we'd like it. He completely understood our needs, asked some intelligent questions, gave some valuable advice, and gave a good estimate for labor costs. He'd buy and bring the material to do the job and provide us with the receipt so we could reimburse him. We set a date for the next week. He arrived on time along with his adult son and all the materials he had bought for us plus all of his work gear. They set to work unloading our garage shelves (most of which were already containerized and boxed) into the middle of the garage floor. They worked very hard and very smart. The shelving was done perfectly on all three sides of the garage exactly like we had requested. They loaded our new shelves back up exactly where we wanted things and left some for us to do on our own at our request. They were very courteous, kind, efficient, and did an outstanding job. We've already asked Carl to come back and do some work for the interior of our home.

"Overall Dan was very professional, responsive and punctual. It is amazing when you have a vendor show up at the time promised! He was always at least 10 minutes before the promised time. Dan and Tony were able to complete the long lists of items within a few days. I appreciate all of your hard work and dedication. The guys even came to my place on a Sunday to put in a half day to meet my deadlines. Be sure to be clear when giving direction - we had a couple mistakes that had to be fixed along the way due to paint selection in the wrong areas within the property. Dan and Tony fixed the issues once addressed with no complaints. Dan went above and beyond to help me with issues that arose during the project (i.e. exchanging a damaged bathroom vanity and minor retro fitting to old plumbing). Thank you again Dan for everything!  Roberto met with my sister and me after we bought a big deal for hardwood floors.  He gave us an awesome price to install travertine tile as well.  He picked up the tile and wood at a local retailer.  The job was done efficiently.  He and his workers were neat and clean.  He and I worked around our schedules. Roberto and his men were impeccable to details.  We are now waiting for my sister to come to town and we will hire Roberto again to remodel a bathroom and a kitchen.

I will be using Roberto and his company to install hardwood floors in my house this month.  Very courteous and professional.  I can't give enough praise for the excellent job.

"Well the work went alright but they didn't remove the old wood and door. He said just tip the garbage man extra and he'll probably take it away. Didn't work out. What got me though was he charged me an extra 5% for using a credit card which I think is excessive. The last contractor took credit cards and didn't charge me extra. I had already given Steve a deposit for this job though so I was kind of stuck."

"Dale completed the job in a timely manner.  He brought in the necessary people to do and re-do all the work that needed to be done.   He dealt with the County on my behalf, got the necessary permits and passed the required inspections.  As this mess was going on for more than a year because I could not find anyone willing to deal with the county and fix the work that was done, Dale really saved me.  The apartment is now completed and is currently being rented.  Several weeks after the job was completed I had to contact Dale re: a problem with the cable for the TV.  Though the problem had nothing to do with the work he did, Dale took the time to speak with the cable person and helped to solve the problem.
