"It went very well. They were the first and only plumbers to respond to the project. It was just before the 4th of July and the appointment was made for Tuesday the 6th. I was called that morning by them to see if they could come earlier because they had finish the job before me. I said yes and they arrived 20 min ahead of time. First thing that was done was examining what I had purchased. When that was okay the old toilet was removed. The flange needed to be replaced. I had figured that since the toilet was very loose on the floor. We discussed options and possible problems with each step. I was quoted a range of cost above the quote of project. It seemed very reasonable. When it was done the low numbers of both quotes were used and I was charged $529 which word for me. All trash was removed and the area was left very clean. We were able to discuss next steps I was thinking of for that bathroom. I was giving some very good advice. Excellent work! I recommend them and I will used them again when they he time comes"

"Advanced Mechanical Services (AMS) went out of their way to get our new oil tank installed and the old one removed in the winter. We were experiencing issues with our old tank where our oil company could not fill the old tank. AMS worked closely with us to install the new tank quickly. They kept us in the loop and were on time on installation day. The installers were professional, kept us informed and did an excellent job. In addition, they cleaned up after themselves. We also use them for our annual furnace cleaning. They always do a great job and have come out on emergency calls a few times over the past 25 (or more) years. I highly recommend them."

"It was a superb experience. From the visit by Bruce the sales representative to the installation day to the follow-up from Petro, every single person we interacted with was helpful and professional. When Bruce arrived to do the assessment, we spent time going over the heating needs in the house. After a thorough inspection and measurement of the house, we sat down. He showed me a few options, all of which were going to provide good service. I ordered a unit at the end of that meeting. The installation day was just terrific- the entire work crew that showed up were everything I would hope to find: Upbeat, informative, hard-working, focused. The job was finished before end of day as promised. The heater room is now immaculate, with new piping and a new heater. It was like watching a pit crew at a NASCAR race. Everyone had their tasks, they moved carefully but quickly. The materials were all laid out in order, etc. Just a totally professional approach to their work. The crew boss answered any questions I had. The follow-up for a normal inspection of the furnace chimney was scheduled the day after the installation. I’ve gotten calls to insure we are satisfied with the work. Satisfied barely covers it- I am pleased to write this kind of review. "Overall a great job. Went out of their way to accomodate us during the work to make sure the replacements were working as the work occured during a period of 90 degree days. Cleanup could have been better, but still above average. Minor issue is the dryer vent tube was dislodged and went unnoticed by both them and us at the time."
