"Deen and Ahmed are amazing! When I phoned, Dean was able to arrange a next-day appointment, with a two-hour arrival window and a promise to phone when he was en route. Right on time, he phoned to say he would be at my house in 1/2 hour, which he was. Our system is an ancient, over 30 year old unit, which, though still blowing cold, needed a full recharge, due to an apparent small pinhole leak that must have been draining the refrigerant slowly but surely. While many companies would have insisted on trying to sell us a new, high end, expensive system, Deen understood that this would be a major expense, and advised us that it was worth running the old system as long as possible after refilling the refrigerant, and that it would likely get us through the summer, which was a huge relief! While we realize it's risky to refill an older system, which could have leaks, and whose leaks could worsen, we are so grateful to Deen for not pressuring us into taking the plunge immediately by purchasing a new system, while our old system was still functioning, leak notwithstanding. While refilling, the unit began to freeze, so Deen let it sit for 20 minutes to allow the freon to settle, before finishing the process. Rather than rushing off to the next job, he patiently waited the necessary time and safely completed the process. When it came time to pay, Deen was kind enough to give us a break on the per pound cost of refrigerant, since we had purchased a full refill's worth, so that the total cost was in our budget range for taking the risk of trying to last another season with our old unit. I very much enjoyed chatting with Deen, who is an extremely knowledgeable, straightforward, and pleasant guy, and will most certainly call him when our system is finally ready to be replaced, which may come this season or next. Either way, I appreciate his efforts at saving us from unnecessary spending, and his willingness and support for the gamble of refilling the system one last time, before RF22 refrigerant stops being produced in 2020. "We had water leaking into our crawlspace. It was a mess. The rugs we laid down to make crawling easier were soaked with foul-smelling liquid. Boxes of pictures were ruined. Contaminated items needed to be thrown away. It was a disaster. At first, we thought it may have come from a leak from a recently installed water heater. We contacted the installer (AJ Perri) to look at it. He said that it wasn't from the heater. He assumed it was water from outside and suggested we get a sump pump. We weren't entire convinced that was the case or the cause, so we reached out to plumbers here on Angie's--including Good Tidings. They had someone come over right away to look that problem. He looked (and smelled) the water and said it was from the sewer line, thinking there was a clog. It turned out the pipe was at fault and needed to be replaced. The plumbers Good Tidings sent were professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. They solved the issue, as we are no longer getting disgusting water in our crawlspace. In another plumbing-related problem, we'd be sure to call again!"

Shakil and Odin were true professionals (thorough, experienced, personable and efficient). They did a great job. Installation with no issues. They even cover the floors with protection and were mindful of the walls. Phil (electrician) checked out the electrical work. Updated the circuit breakers and ran the wiring that was needed. "I had the equipment replaced, a brand new, super high efficiency, fancy, lovely stuff. It's a central air system, and it's Lennox equipment. It's high efficiency. You can get it for less than that, but you're not gonna get the high efficiency quiet and all that kind of stuff. I had received other quotes which were like more money for the same system. I have been using them since 1986. No complaints. They do their thing, and I can't fault them. I have a service contract with them for this."
