THEN they did do a snake in the garage. But, Left all the mess. They didnt not even bother sweeping or wiping anything. The didnt lay anything on the washer for their equipment. So the washer and dryer are scratched up pretty bad. Then when I called to get it rescheduled and handled properly they sent me elsewhere. "I recently had a very disappointing experience with Restore Tactics. After a pipe burst in my home, the owner, James Duran, came to assess the situation. He immediately set up around eight air blowers and dehumidifiers and assured me he would guide me through the process of submitting a claim to my insurance company. However, the nightmare began when James assigned a supervisor, Robert Medina, to oversee my case. Since February 1, 2025, I have been left without a kitchen, and the entire process has been incredibly frustrating. Despite being paid for services that were never delivered, my attempts to reach James have been met with complete silence. Robert claims that my case is out of his hands, leaving me feeling abandoned and helpless. In hindsight, I wish I had done my research before choosing this company.
