I ran a large mechanical contracting business for years so understand this business. Guy ran through his checks on what is a fairly complex home system. He pointed out problems that were minor, major, or had the potential to be major. We discussed options and timing. Since our system is old, it will be difficult to repair some of the parts and pieces while others would be fairly standard. I had to complain strenuously and threaten to cancel the order to get the installation moved forward to within 10 days.
