".the inspector,vann showed up on time..he explained every detail.cleaned and inspected my one chimney,also used camera with video monitor so we could view inside the chimney...he suggested my chimneycap was rusty and in need of crown seal or new custom cap..both were kind of expensive..i decided hold off and maybe get the seal later..vann did not have the inspection forms with him but i did get the inspection report thru email 2 days later...i was happy with the service"

"Robert came out to take a look at our basement leak and an erosion issue we've been having. He not only explained what the source of our leak/erosion problem was, he also walked all the way around the house and pointed out other areas where there were screwups or corners were cut when the house was built. The good news is that the fixes are in most cases relatively minor, e.g. the landscapers covered the french drains in a couple of places when they installed the landscaping, no weep holes added to a retaining wall, etc.
He was really professional and very honest and up front about the cost. He gave his estimate vs. how much a landscaper would probably charge (he'd charge more) and drew up a plan for exactly what we'd need so that when we bring in landscapers they won't try to do a bigger fix than necessary to pad the cost of the job. I'd highly recommend Weather Guard!"

"It was excellent.! I Never experience anything like that before. They showed up and help me to put my home back together after being hit by a tornado. I Had shattered windows , Roof blown off. Privacy riped up. Siding damage alone with water damage. Among others things that were destroyed. They worked long and very hard .They helped me when I felt all was lost. Mr. Baker was angel in a time of need. I highly recommend this Company. I would use them If I were ever placed in this situation again. "Dealing with Mark Rownd and the rest of his crew was great. Not a single problem or concern - something I've come to realize is a rarity with construction jobs today.
I had gotten multiple quotes from a lot of other companies, including many of the top rated Angie's List companies, and noted wide price swings, frequent no-shows for quote appointments, and some very substantial inaccuracies provided by them.
Concrete Work's prices weren't the lowest quote I got, but Mark was honest and up-front and I felt that I could trust him and the company. I wasn't wrong as I'm very pleased with the work that was done and hope to have Mark and Concrete Works back again for more planned projects.
To be completely candid - I never met Mark Rownd or had any dealings with Concrete Works before this project, so this is a true unbiased customer review, but I wouldn't consider using anybody else but them for all of my projects.
I wish all of the construction companies were like these guys - I'd have a lot less gray hair!
