The crew worked quickly, replacing the whole unit in a few hours. They respected our home, offering some alternatives for a plant that might have to be moved to allow access to the outside unit. The rep even offered to loan us 2 window air conditioning units free, because our unit had to be replaced in the middle of a heat wave and it would be a few days until they could replace ours.
