"He arrived at pm on a Friday and stayed till 10:30 pm. He told us it needed to be replaced and just fixed it to get us through the summer. A new system would have cost us 8,000, but he fixed it for us for 350.00 , just to get through the summer. It is still running till this day. We knew we would have to get a new system eventually. "They come once a year. They don't appear to have a standard checklist for what their technicians are suppose to do. Consequently, everyone does something different. In addition to that, they don't appear to have the appropriate training because they come up with various levels of conclusions. One guy might say everything is fine, another guy says you need a new air conditioner. Another guy says a new humidifier and a new filter. It's nice that they come and look at the furnace. I can get about as much out of it if I send them a picture. I had this done for about 10 times and that's what's occurred in over 10 visits. Some people re excellent. They do a wonderful job. Other people are clueless. They want his and they want that. The air conditioner is still running and that was two years ago. On the other hand because of that service contract, if there's any problem, I go to the top of the list for prioritization. I get an immediate response for anything I call in. For the most part, I think it's the labor, there's no cost on minor repairs. I pay them $28 a month. They come when you call them and they do a reasonable job."

"From the moment I was contacted, Bryan coordinated everything from the office in a seamless fashion. The entire meeting, quoting and deciding on a system process was not stressful and thankfully uneventful. When we decided on Bowman and a system, they were ready to install within a few days. Jarid and Nate were fantastic technicians and their customer service was outstanding. They both went out of their way in helping me understand the process and the system. During the installation I asked many questions and I always received a very informational response. They never made me feel as though I was in their way as I observed their process. Additionally, after two grueling days of work in high heat/humidity, they stayed well past normal close of business to make sure the system was running on all cylinders. I received an in depth final walk through of each part of the system and Jarid assisted my wife in logging on and registering it to our wifi network. Both gentlemen were extremely pleasant to work with and I'd hire either, or better yet both, if more projects arise. From start to finish, it was a great experience working with the team at Bowman."
