"This was a replacement of the air conditioning, heating and thermostat at our home. They were very professional, courteous, and answered all our questions. They gave us several options, after an inspection, fully explaining the problems and even providing pictures of the problem areas. They arrived at the appointed time; worked hard; and were able to get us up and going just like they said they would. We would recommend them highly without reservation."

"Environment Masters did an excellent job providing me with a new HVAC system. I originally called them for a tuneup. The technician showed me pictures of the repairs that would need to be done. I was put in contact with a sales rep who walked me through potential quality new options for my house. Both employees were clear about the issues but did not pressure me into a decision. I was able to make an informed decision that was best for my family. I chose to have a new system installed. All installation technicians worked diligently and respectfully. The HVAC system looks well put together. Even small details were completed-all trash was cleaned up, pipes were wrapped, and wires were neatly run. They even dropped a water detector into my water heater drain pan beside the HVAC unit at no extra cost to me! I’m a handyman and have to complete small details like this often. I see and repair when people cut corners. Environment Masters did not cut corners. Well Done!"

"Morgan and his team always provide excellent customer service and at prices that canâ t be beat in the Jackson metro area. Iâ ve used them for the past 10 years and they have always stood behind their work and made sure I was satisfied. Highly recommend."

"Got an immediate response. Replaced a condenser on one unit & repaired/maintained two others. It's been a couple of months now & all units are working perfectly even in the most miserable part of summer. They were courteous and professional. Highly recommend."

"Mr. Ferrell first connected his computer to my computer via internet and worked for quite a few hours trying to determine what exactly was wrong. The next day he continued working from his computer for several hours. He determined he would have to have my desktop tower to complete the repair. He and my son met in Huntsville to exchange the tower. He then cleaned up a lot of what was wrong and reloaded Windows 10. He deleted the D: drive which had way too much memory allotted to it. The tower was returned and I plugged it all back together and it is working better than it did when I first purchased it. I would use him again and I recommend him highly to anyone needing computer updating and/or repair. His work is warrantied and he is very personable, knowledgeable, and helpful."

"From the first call with customer support to the technician on day of service AirSouth cooling and heating gets a 5 Star review."

"Great, fast service! Brian Waite came out, diagnosed the problem and in less than an hour I had blessed cool air flowing throughout my home. Totally professional, didn't try to sell me anything and the service call by itself was approximately 140.00 below what the others were charging just to come out and troubleshoot! I highly recommend this firm to anyone who is trying to save money and wants first rate service! Todd T. Madison, MS"
