Our AC unit was not blowing any cold air, it would run but the fan on the outside unit was not turning. James came out and took a look at it and determined it was our circuit board. He was able to replace it and have not had any problems with our AC unit since.

We also have built in speakers  inside our home and we were not familiar with the set up nor are we technically savvy and James came out and was able to explain to us what was needed and how we can get them all to work. We got the supplies and James connected our in home speakers to the supplies we purchased as well as make them all work to where we were happy with the results.

This company is very good and very informative on many things not just pertaining to AC or Audio systems but many more other things, as a matter of fact, our sprinkler system actually wasn't working anymore and we didn't know what went wrong, so James gave us some information on what should be happening. We didn't even know there was a way to bypass something and he showed us. Just by him showing us, we were able to determine where the problem was and had all the right people come out and fix the problem for us.

Ben Cro is a great company and I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone needing service for AC and/or Audio System. Very knowledgeable, helpful and very fair on their pricing.

"My wife and I have been staying in our camper for the past 4 months due to our air conditioning unit not functioning. We contacted Climate Services of Texas and the lady called me back and said that Cory would be out to assess our situation at 9:00 that evening. I was surprised that anyone would come out at that time of evening. Cory called and verified the appointment and stated that “he wants everyone to be comfortable”. He called me on his way to our residence, letting us know he was coming. Cory was very polite and professional. He took his time assessing the problems and discussed the options available for repairs. Unfortunately, our unit was beyond repair and we required a replacement system. Our unit was pretty much antique. Cory and his company assisted us in arrangements for the necessary replacement of the unit. The company personnel were professional, polite and arrived at the scheduled time. They worked through the heat and did a professional job. "Appointment 1: they got held up on a previous job and didn't make the appointment I called and rescheduled for Appointment 2: they arrived on time, determined it was a simple fix (replace capacitor), executed the fix. Within 2 days, we realized the A/C was still not working correctly Appointment 3: Came out, determined that a new compressor was needed. Compressor was under warranty. They said that they could get the part and would call us back "ASAP" to schedule repair. they never called back. I called, talked to the owner and heard the office person in the back say "I was going to call her this morning" - so he said they'd be calling me, they didn't call back. I called that afternoon (Friday), and she said "we can't do anything now, it's too late on a Friday" - at this point we'd gone another week without A/C. Scheduled appointment for Tuesday. Appointment 4: They call and say they got the wrong part, can't get back to get the right part in time. Rescheduled AGAIN for the following day. Appointment 5: They show up on time, fix the unit. Original quote was a $$$$$, but after discussion, they reduced the charge to something more reasonable. We can now get the A/C to run so it's better than it was, but it is STILL flipping the breakers (which it never used to do), at this point they say it's not the A/C unit, it's an electrician issue. I think that technically these guys know how to fix an A/C issue, but their attention to detail (ordering the right part) and reliability on appointments could use some improvement."

"Excellent and professional technicians. Explained everything thoroughly. Overall, they did a good job. The carpet seemed to be wetter than I'm used to after a professional cleaning. And, there were two small areas of carpet (one upstairs and one downstairs) that had a smell after they were done cleaning that was not present before cleaning. I hesitate to call the smell odors as it smelled more like the previous homeowner may have spot treated an area for pet odors (Nature's Miracle?) and what I was smelling was the residual product brought up as a result of cleaning. In most cases the cleaning should have eliminated any residual product, but the carpet and padding in this particular room is rather old, so maybe that contributed to the problem. They guarantee their work, and will come out and re-address any areas of concern. Since we plan to replace the carpets very soon, we didn't request a follow up visit."

"technician came out within the time stated. no freon was offered although it was part of the package to which i paid. i was told that the aged unit needed to be replaced. as well, i was informed that the freon was very expensive for the unit and the levels were far too low to make a difference. he left work needed invoice and stated a representative would be contacting me in the next few days with an estimate for a new system. several weeks passed with no follow-up from the company. when i reached out for the estimate that should have been prepared, i was told there was not enough data to make a determination. a new home visit would be required. the owner worked me into his Saturday schedule. the estimate was very high, even for a Trane system. i do appreciate that he called back after our visit to verify if i wanted to move forward. based on his attention, i felt much better about the previous interaction with the company. nevertheless, this is my review."

They replaced my entire air duct system and I have no complaints at all, they even bought they’re own ducts and included on the price.
