"We were building a home and Kayco installed the roof. Looked good at first till first light when we were shocked from the wrinkles all over. Kayco was immediately notified within two days after install, since install was a Saturday. He proceeded to argue it wasn't his fault. I told him his supervisor was well aware of our concerns and chose to proceed. He did not care! I asked about warranty. Still no resolution. We entered rainy season and various other problems arose. Much too lengthy to get into here. We hired a professional inspector to which we found many more issues. The Kayco company also refused to pay their supplier and they placed a lien on our property, which they had every right, so we paid that. It was a lot of stress to endure from, in my opinion, a company that had no regard to owning up to its responsibilities. We will have no choice but to have the court systems resolve the matter. I would NOT recommend this company to anyone!! Beware!!!!!"

"Bob & his team were recommended by McFall Builders and I can see why. They were very professional in removing the old units and installing the new ones. In fact the first floor unit was removed from the garage floor (It took up so much space my car would not fit in the garage) and installed over the entry door. They use wide filters which was important to control the dust as we renovated our home. They are available if a problem crops up and prompt to handle it.
