"Hired this company to install new furnace and air conditioner. I was impressed with Mike the salesman, he worked with me to make sure I got the best system that I wanted for our house. My biggest concern with picking a company out to do the installation. Any retired HAVAC person will tell you that you can buy the best products, but if not installed right you are going to have problems. Don and Dwayne did an excellent job making sure everything was done right the first time ( no shortcuts ). Company stands behind their installations with a guarantee, that is important. I like that everything start to finish was one price, all listed on estimate before work began. I will continue you use this company for regular service and highly recommend them. "MAP Construction delivered in a pinch. We consulted MAP for a second opinion on whether to replace a part or the entire HVAC unit when we lost our air conditioning in the high heat this summer. Not only did we receive sound advice that did cost us more in the short run, the advice will save us even more in the long run. "They lit the pilot light, but didn't replace the gas line (though we didn't know this was an issue until consulting another firm). They told us that they didn't have adequate parts to install a pilot relight system and that for the safety of our tenants needed to replace the furnace system entirely with a new one. I think the service was good, but this is why I wouldn't recommend them. We have since switched to another firm (Air Rite) that had all the necessary parts and was able to fix the full system without requiring a new furnance. They installed equipment that would prevent gas from leaking if the pilot light went out and fixed the underlying problem with the gas line. I found them much more affordable and straight-forward."
