They called in advance to describe the service. 
They emailed me more details about the service. They said they follow all are cleaning standards according to the National Air Duct Cleanings Association and all are workmanship is 100% guaranteed. 
I got 2 courtesy call's, one the day prior as a reminder and another 30 minutes before they arrived.   
Twin brothers appeared at our home to clean the vents. They are very competent and professional!  
Our soft vent pipe from the dryer was installed poorly 6 years ago so there was ALLOT of dust in the vent.
They cleaned and then reattached the vent pipe safely and securely
