"I presented W.F. Gray with an impossible job—and they totally delivered. How impossible? Pack rats infested the earthen cellar of my remote mountain cabin during the winter. If you know anything about pack rats and what they can accomplish in a day, much less several uninterrupted months, you know what a hellish challenge this presented. It didn't matter that I was almost 2,000 miles away when all this happened, because Frank provided me with numerous before-and-after photos. Before: a tangled, toxic swamp you wouldn't wish upon your worst enemy. After: a bare, clean space where you could serve tea if you so desired. Long and short: W.F.
