"Sales rep gave us a solid estimate, complete with energy efficiency tips. Selected AIT based on knowledge, price and product (cellulose). Revisions to original estimate were done by email before job started. Installation went smoothly -- it was an all-day process, as our house had only the original 1972 insulation and required work at top & bottom. Attic & garage received blown in cellulose; foam was sprayed above the basement foundation, between joists - even in the crawl space and a small bumpout area. The bumpout also required removal of improperly installed fiberglass batts. The team was friendly and worked around all the "stuff" stored in the basement, moving and replacing storage racks, boxes, washer & dryer, etc. Not to mention working around the emergency furnace repair we also had going on that day! They cleaned up about 95% of the remnants; I did do a quick vacuum under the attic entry, and some cleanup of foam drips here & there in the basement. The project has made a huge improvement in the comfort of our house this winter!"
