"I was able to get a same-day appointment, and Abraham showed up right on time. He took a look at the system and confirmed that the furnace was running as expected, and he didn’t find evidence of a cracked heat exchanger. I was hoping for a definitive answer as to why the air wasn’t flowing out of several of my vents, but he was only able to confirm that it wasn’t due to the furnace itself. I may have clogged or separated ductwork behind the walls, but he wasn’t able to diagnose/confirm. At least I know the furnace itself isn’t the source."

We needed to get 4 new AC units installed. They were 17 years old and leaking, so we took the plunge and decided to replace them. I had a lot of questions around the systems in my house and what to install. During my phone conversations Donny was extremely helpful and patient. He answered all my questions and I believe that he gave me honest suggestions on the best solutions for my home and living situation. I found him to be honest, trustworthy and very knowledgeable. The install went smoothly, one of the units was tucked away in a tight closet in my daughters room, and they dealt with that easily. They installed 4 new controllers. They were tidy, and worked long hours to get the job done. In addition they spent time explaining the new systems to us and answering questions of ours that arose. We are really pleased with the new systems and controllers, we have peace of mind that we've installed good, reliable systems, and that we have a great company looking after our AC and heating needs. I also hired them to do annual service visits for our heating and AC. So far they have performed the winter maintenance visit, and identified a couple of things that needed addressing to prevent possible problems this winter. What they recommended made sense to us, and we thought they were valid and worthwhile repairs. As we trust this company, we decided to go ahead and get the work done. Chris D came to do the repair job. He was very friendly, helpful, hard working, and did a great job. He also took time to make sure we knew what was going on. "It was a superb experience. From the visit by Bruce the sales representative to the installation day to the follow-up from Petro, every single person we interacted with was helpful and professional. When Bruce arrived to do the assessment, we spent time going over the heating needs in the house. After a thorough inspection and measurement of the house, we sat down. He showed me a few options, all of which were going to provide good service. I ordered a unit at the end of that meeting. The installation day was just terrific- the entire work crew that showed up were everything I would hope to find: Upbeat, informative, hard-working, focused. The job was finished before end of day as promised. The heater room is now immaculate, with new piping and a new heater. It was like watching a pit crew at a NASCAR race. Everyone had their tasks, they moved carefully but quickly. The materials were all laid out in order, etc. Just a totally professional approach to their work. The crew boss answered any questions I had. The follow-up for a normal inspection of the furnace chimney was scheduled the day after the installation. I’ve gotten calls to insure we are satisfied with the work. Satisfied barely covers it- I am pleased to write this kind of review. "Advanced Mechanical Services (AMS) went out of their way to get our new oil tank installed and the old one removed in the winter. We were experiencing issues with our old tank where our oil company could not fill the old tank. AMS worked closely with us to install the new tank quickly. They kept us in the loop and were on time on installation day. The installers were professional, kept us informed and did an excellent job. In addition, they cleaned up after themselves. We also use them for our annual furnace cleaning. They always do a great job and have come out on emergency calls a few times over the past 25 (or more) years. I highly recommend them."

"Worked with Joe from Sales to determine what type of A/C I needed, he was very helpful throughout the entire process and was patient with all the questions I had. "When the technician got to my house, he quickly added freon to my unit and checked all of the grates to make sure the temperatures were coming out right. I asked him if there was any way for him to look at the air flow difference coming out of some grates in my living room and he quickly was able to find dampers in my duct work. He was able to increase air flow in rooms I had trouble with in the past without any problems. I really appreciate the effort that Brian put in to making my system run at its best. Would defiantly recommend Ryan and Company for any heating and air conditioning needs. I have nothing but great things to say about my experience."
