Get matched with top heat pump repair or service pros in Winston Salem, NC

"I had just had unit installed 2&1/2 yrs ago. Too early for problems. They sent a repairman that same day(which was excellent). He checked out the complete unit while he was here(which was excellent). Conclusion was the heat function had tripped the circuit breaker & shut it all down. He fixed the problem & advised that if it happened again that the breaker ìwas probably too small for the unit. Just have to wait & see now. Excellent service, friendly service, good attitude. I'm impressed."

"Chrismon offered me multiple options for replacing my heat pump and explained the different trade-offs clearly. Once I decided on best option, they were prompt and professional in getting it installed. Helped me with financing as well (not an expected expense!)"

"Fast response and the technician found the problem within 10 minutes. They also checked the unit for other possible problems and found everything was okay. They took photos of the problem and showed explained the situation and how they can prevent the problem in the future. Their office mad a follow up call the next day to make sure we were satisfied. They know customer service and keep their technicians updated all the time. Thank you AlyAins Heating and AC, Inc, doing business as Aire Serv of Liberty. "did a great job fixing my heat pumps"

"Excellence in HVAC and the human spirit. That is truly hard to find in today's corrupt world. Christopher is an exceptional young man, and exuded every good quality of an upright character. I didn't know how to reach Miller's, so I left an AI automatic generated message, emailed Austin, and waited for a call back on the weekend mind you! Austin saw his email, and staff saw the AI, and Austin fielded the call to Christopher who called me and promptly came out. I can't say enough about the heart of this business. They follow this biblical teaching in the Bible: Philippians 2:3,4,5 Let nothing be done through selfish ambition or conceit, but in lowliness of mind let each esteem others better than himself. Let each of you look out not only for his own interests, but also for the interests of others. Let this mind be in you which was also in Christ Jesus. Need I say more? May God bless your business for the kindness and generosity you have shown."

"Fast professional most reasonable. I will ues this company when needed in the future."

"Quick and thorough, very friendly and professional offer plans for both heating maintenance and a/c maintenance bundle pricing"

"The gentleman came the evening I called him, although it was not an emergency. He did some servicing that had never been done by the annual service man. The heat pump works better and does not run all the time any more. The new condensate pump was inexpensive and has a one year warranty. The labor charge was very reasonable for the amount of time he worked. I'm switching my regular servicing to this company."

"Professional and courteous service. Detailed and overall good experience. Would recommend them to anyone"
