Ryan installed a new sump pump and replaced parts of pipes that were leaking. He was extremely nice very professional and was just a very nice person. "I have nothing but praises to sing for this company! Our heat stopped working on us last week right before the temp was expected to drop significantly. I checked Angie's List, found Air Temp Solutions, submitted my issue and within minutes I received a phone call to set my appointment. They sent over Rob Teixeira who was EXCELLENT!!!! He immediately detected the issue which was the flame sensor, fixed it and viola...we had heat again in no time! "As the job was unfolding, it was discovered the main water line crossed over the sewer line. Thus, the water line had to come out so the sewer could be accessed. The water line was about 4 ft in the ground and the sewer line was about 4 plus feet under it. The price includes replacing both lines. $5,500 for the sewer and $1,400 for the water. The camera video was included in the sewer line price."

They assessed the issues and as i expected it was my well pump. The gave me a price within minutes and much to my surprise didn't have to go get a pump but had one on the truck. "It went well. Bob Steck the representative was very knowledgeable and responsive and won my trust immediately. I would give the job an A all around except for one disappointment. The crew, who were genial and polite, thought they were finished when I pointed out that no wall patching had been done even though it was in the contract. This brought on some grumbling which, though understandable, I did not appreciate. They patched the wall as required but I suspect they did this more hastily than they might have otherwise. When I came back I found that the clean-out valve, exit pipe, soil pipe and window sill were covered in cement splotches. This is an aesthetic quibble but it soured a job otherwise well-done. I think if they had taken just a little more time on the wall and to clean up, I would have been perfectly satisfied. It hasn't rained since the installation, but the French drain itself looks good to go. I would recommend them."
