From the very start William listened very carefully to what we were looking for and made a couple of great suggestions which included enlarging the bathroom by taking over dead space in the hallway. This was a wonderful idea because it added space for a wheelchair to maneuver in and worked out beautifully. Throughout the project William checked in to be sure we knew what was happening, what was going to happen next and to see if there were questions or concerns. "We just completed a project to gut and remodel our kitchen. I will (and already have) highly recommend him to any family or friend looking for a reliable and trustworthy contractor for any home improvement project. We did several projects over the years and have had some horrible experiences. They were so bad that we held off on redoing the kitchen until it was literally falling apart. I did a lot of research and met with several contractors before deciding on Ed. His price estimate was reasonable and right in the middle of the pack. He time estimate was 3 weeks and I was initially dubious that the project could be completed in that time frame. He actually completed the project in 2.5 weeks which exceeded my expectations. I believe a major reason is that Ed has excellent project management skills. He tasked us with homework before he would start the project. We finalized the cabinet selections, countertop, tile, flooring, appliances, etc. before a hammer was lifted. This ensured that there was no wait time once the project started. He would email us at the end of each day to tell us what was accomplished and what was the target for the following day. Outside of email communications he was also prompt in his replies to text messages and phone calls when I needed to talk to him. He and his crew came every weekday and were on time *every single day*. There was a day that was snowing. Ed pulled up about half an hour earlier than usual. He arrived earlier because he was afraid that the road conditions might make him late. It was a perfect example of his professionalism and commitment to his work. In addition to having a beautiful new kitchen, I feel fortunate to have finally found a contractor that I will continue to use for any future project. It seems he has a lot of repeat customers which is a testament to the quality of his work and trustworthiness as a contractor."

"Bob Reicher came to my house,  took measurements and then went with me
to Loew's to choose the right door on a Saturday afternoon and he then
picked up the door  on Monday, November 11th, a holiday, and he and his
employee installed the sliding glass door all in one day.  He is exceptionally
accurate and neat in his work.
The building is 30 years old and I know it took my neighbor 2 days to install their door due to an improper fitting.; however Bob
had no problems fitting my door.  It fit perfectly the first time and they completed the job in less than 6 hours, because he took accurate measurements beforehand. He knew exactly what he was doing.
He had one worker with him and both were precise, polite, and professional.
Several years ago Mr. Reicher also put on my back deck.  And then too he took  accurate measurements and was the only contractor to submit a precise drawing to the Condo Assoicatiion and the Building Inspector.
